About me

From a young age, I felt a strong need to take care of my loved ones and elders. Subsequently, I decided to study nursing, which I finished in 1999 as a general nurse. Although my steps after school led to college with a completely different focus, willingness to help, empathy, concern for others and caring are my strong character traits. During several years, I continuously looked after children (au-pair in Germany), my uncle with Down syndrome (a few years), my mother after spinal surgery (a few months) and so on. My relationship with seniors is very positive, I always got along with them and it drew me to them. I wanted to take care of the elderly, which did not come true... Sometimes life takes us completely different than we wanted. Maybe now is the right time to fulfill your desire and at the same time help someone who needs it.
