Dear pet owners, welcome to my profile!

My name is Katka, and I work as a portrait photographer abd I also do a pyrography – decorative wood burning.

Thanks to the fact that I mostly work from home and have the flexibility of being my own boss, I have a great opportunity to regularly spend time with my pets (and Yours as well).

Currently, I share my life with two pets – a brave, curious cat named Lyria and a kind-hearted 14-year-old dog named Beník.

I live in a cozy cottage with a yard, located in a peaceful natural setting in a valley surrounded by forests, completely away from road traffic – in Banská Bystrica, Jakub area.

I am very happy to take care of Your pet at my place, but I'm also fine with visiting Your home as agreed.

For cats, I offer a peaceful environment for uninterrupted sleep combined with play and cuddles, and with dogs, I love to explore the surrounding forests and meadows.
I don't mind 2-3 hour walks, or even full-day outings in nature combined with hiking around B. Bystrica, if your dog needs a lot of exercise and activities.

I am also happy to take care of multiple pets from one owner at the same time.

In the past, I’ve dedicated my time to caring for many animals – dogs, cats, rodents (hamsters, rats, chinchillas, rabbits), and I also kept chickens, quails, and goats on a small farm.

My pets always seemed to find me "by fate" – whether I took in dogs and cats from bad conditions, adopted them from shelters or found them abandoned on the street.
And even though many of them have crossed the rainbow bridge in old age, they left behind wonderful friendships full of gratitude and loyalty, which I cherish fondly.

In addition to home pet care, I also have a working and volunteering experience in two cat shelters.

If you decide to entrust me with Your pet, I will do everything to ensure it is well taken care of – just as if it was my own.
